The ODDS Bot is a high-frequency prediction market strategy that targets Polymarket's 15-minute cryptocurrency price resolution markets. It identifies high-probability outcomes in the final minutes before market resolution and executes trades when the expected value is strongly positive.
The bot maintains WebSocket connections to multiple major exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) for each tracked asset. It aggregates a volume-weighted mid-price and compares it against each active market's resolution threshold in real-time.
Using the current price, distance from the resolution threshold, remaining time, and recent volatility, the bot computes a model-based probability for each outcome. It uses a modified Black-Scholes framework adapted for the short-duration, binary nature of these markets.
When the model probability exceeds 90% and the market price offers positive expected value (accounting for fees), the bot places limit orders on the predicted winning outcome. Position sizes are determined by the Kelly criterion, capped at per-trade risk limits.
After each 15-minute market resolves, the bot automatically claims winning positions and recycles capital into the next available opportunity. The entire cycle runs autonomously 24/7.
The ODDS Bot comes with a real-time monitoring dashboard showing live trade feed, cumulative P&L curve, win rate by asset, active positions, and capital utilization. Historical performance data is exportable for client reporting.
